I decided to sell my home with Fletcher Properties as I wanted a personalised experience with someone who had local knowledge of the area and markets.The service I received from John, Mel and colleagues was excellent. They really took the time and efforts to get to know me, my situation, and my home. They took as much of the stress out of moving house as they could, by taking on the viewings and negotiations and I was able to accept an offer within a few days of been on the market.I had some sticky solicitor issues they really helped me with and they went the extra mile to get the sale over the line.Would highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell in and around Leeds and you are looking for a more individual and custom experience to the online apps and agents. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Currently a tenant with fletcher properties and they’ve been very responsive in sorting out any issues throughout our contract so far and have also been great value.

Personaly I dealt with John he made the whole experience easy. He was very polite showed me round and took the time to introduce me to the other house mates. He explained the financial side and made it easy for me to set up my payments. All in all it was a smooth experience from start to moving in

I have had many landlords over the years, however none have been as punctual, detail oriented, professional yet personal as Fletcher Properties. They made sure that my rented space was a real home rather than a lifeless flat. John is excellent to deal with and comes out to help with any issues rain or shine. I locked myself out of the flat on a couple of occasions and John was around within 20 minutes both times, with some water and snacks incase I had waited a while. Could be happier with the service.
