An Absolutely Wonderful Three Years with Fletcher Properties!

We’ve rented from Fletcher Properties for three years, and it has been a brilliant experience. The entire team is great, but a special shout-out has to go to John, Amy, Mel & Paul. They have all been incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. They made our stay completely stress-free and wonderful. It’s very refreshing to deal with a small business that puts focus on their clients and communicates progress and updates on the timescales of likely exchange and completion.

There was a problem with the contract of the student home my son wants to rent. After only one phone conversation John Fletcher sorted out everything (and very fast) by mutual agreement.

I decided to sell my home with Fletcher Properties as I wanted a personalised experience with someone who had local knowledge of the area and markets.

The service I received from John, Mel and colleagues was excellent. They really took the time and efforts to get to know me, my situation, and my home. They took as much of the stress out of moving house as they could, by taking on the viewings and negotiations and I was able to accept an offer within a few days of been on the market.

I had some sticky solicitor issues they really helped me with and they went the extra mile to get the sale over the line.

Would highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell in and around Leeds and you are looking for a more individual and custom experience to the online apps and agents. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
