Meet The Team

John Fletcher

Director

Hi, I’m John. I created Fletcher Properties back in 2019 after working in the property industry for some of the biggest estate agents in Leeds and London for over 7 years. I have a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management (covering domestic and commercial) and I run my own property portfolio in Leeds which ranges from small flats to large HMOs.

My role as Company Director ranges from day to day admin duties to larger business decisions we make as a rapidly growing agency. I would love to keep pushing this growth while maintaining the amazing levels of service which have brought us this far!

Life outside of work consists of family life with my wife and daughter and our bonkers black Labrador, Winston.

Administrator

I’m Aimee, a law graduate with a keen interest in property management and real estate. With a deep understanding of property law and practical experience in managing various types of properties, I focus on creating seamless management experiences and ensuring legal compliance with regulations.

My work includes everything from navigating regulations to resolving tenant matters.

When I’m not focused on property management, I’m dedicated to my family. I love spending time with my fiancée, our wonderful daughter, and very energetic Frenchie. They bring balance and joy to my life, giving me motivation every day!

My name is Mel. I joined Fletcher Properties in May 2024 as a Negotiator.

With over 4 years of experience in the property industry, my approach to any transaction is this – “It is about the people, not the agency!”. I know what it means to communicate and what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive.

I would describe myself as an open person who tries to be fair in everything I do.
