👩🏫 My name is Mel Cislo-Buller. I joined Fletcher Properties in May 2024 as a Negotiator.
🏚 With over 4 years of experience in the property industry, my approach to any transaction is this – “It is about the people, not the agency!”. I know what it means to communicate and what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive.
🛬 I would describe myself as an open person who tries to be fair in everything I do. When I am not working you can catch me travelling, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with my family.
