Meet The Team
John Fletcher
Director
After finishing a Masters degree in 2012 John began work in the property industry, spending the next seven years living in Newcastle, Leeds, London and Sydney before settling back in Leeds and establishing Fletcher Properties.
John also buys, renovates and rents out his own properties, so he understands the troubles faced by landlords. He decided to set up the company after seeing a gap in the market for an agency which is communicative and energetic, employing the proactive methods of London agents to the Leeds market.
When he isn't renting or selling properties, John enjoys quiet walks or weekends away with his fiancé, daughter and dog.
Farrer Moore

Hi, my name's Farrer and I work for Fletcher Properties. I am a hands-on person who enjoys taking on tasks by myself and I get stuck in when it comes to negotiating! When I am not working I enjoy watching football and sometimes playing it as well. I enjoy holidays in the sun and downtime with friends.
Aimee White

After successfully completing her Law degree Aimee joined Fletcher Properties to begin her career in property management.
Aimee has spent the past year renovating her first home so understands the need for repairs to be done in a timely manner!
When Aimee is not managing tenancies and property repairs she loves family days out with her daughter Iyla and Frenchie Milo.
